Who we are

The Redmon Ranch was founded in 2003 when 840 acres of pristine, undeveloped land were purchased from the Cullen family. With no roads, ponds, or openings, the property offered a unique opportunity to shape the land specifically for wildlife. To establish a strong foundation for our whitetail deer herd, we turned to South Texas, where we trapped deer from Bill Carter's Somberito Ranch and released pregnant does on the Redmon Ranch. This marked the beginning of our commitment to cultivating high-quality whitetail genetics. Over time, we expanded the ranch to include a diverse range of exotic game.

Through the years, the ranch has been meticulously developed into 12 hunting areas, each featuring 6x10 executive elevated blinds and two-person elevated bow stands. Most areas are equipped with protein feeders, and lakes and small ponds provide ample water sources. Fields are planted with oats or clover during hunting season, ensuring a thriving environment for both game and wildlife.

In addition to world-class hunting, Redmon Ranch offers comfortable lodging in a spacious 3,000 square-foot house, perfect for families or medium-sized groups looking to unwind after a day in the field. Beyond hunting, we provide a wide range of recreational activities to suit every interest. Cast your line in one of our eight stocked lakes and ponds, where you can fish for catfish, redfish, hybrid striped bass, largemouth bass, and perch. Sight in your rifle at our 1,000-yard shooting range, or enjoy a friendly competition at our skeet shooting field. Whether you're after outdoor adventure or just looking to relax, there's something for everyone at the Redmon Ranch.
